CLR DEL

CLR DEL is the scope for EKCH_DEL. Uncleared departures sit in airline bays; issuing a clearance automatically moves the strip to Cleared.

Cleared strips
Section titled “Cleared strips”Completing the clearance directly assigns the strip to the first carried step in its complete departure route. This is an ownership change, not pending coordination. A logical step is carried when its frequency is primed or cross-coupled:
- East/South stands (G110–G137): GE 121.830 → the applicable tower.
- West stand (W1): GW 118.580 → the applicable tower.
- North stands: SEQ PLN 121.905 → AD 121.730 → the configured ground/tower route. If AD and SEQ PLN are carried by the same primary, the strip is assigned as AD and the displayed frequency is 121.905.
When a logical frequency is carried, cross-coupling changes the primary position that receives the strip while the SI label continues to show the logical identifier frequency. Otherwise, the sector’s configured fallback owner receives the strip with that controller’s identifier and frequency. A step is skipped only when neither radio carriage nor configured sector ownership resolves it.
