When on a TWR position with no GND/SEQ

After issueing a clearance to an aircraft, the tag will now show up in the TW + TE view to save space. When the aircraft calls for PUSH & START use the STARTUP button in the TWY DEP bay.

Click the CALLSIGN of the aircraft requesting PUSH & START to make them show up in PUSHBACK bay.
