SEQ PLN

SEQ PLN is used by EKCH_B_GND only when EKCH_C_GND (121.730) is online — B-GND takes the planner role while C-GND covers the other ground sector. The layout uses the GND aspect (same family as AA + AD and CLR DEL).

Uncleared strips
Section titled “Uncleared strips”Others, SAS, and Norwegian match CLR DEL uncleared strips and are active so SEQ PLN can clear aircraft when needed.
Startup (SEQ)
Section titled “Startup (SEQ)”All cleared departures sit in Startup (SEQ). Clickspots match Cleared strips in CLR DEL.
How SEQ PLN fits into staffing
Section titled “How SEQ PLN fits into staffing”From CLR DEL Cleared, automatic SI handoff depends on how many apron controllers are online:
- Two or fewer → SI to Apron Departure.
- Three → SI to SEQ PLN (this scope).
When DEL+SEQ is active on delivery, strips stay with EKCH_DEL in Cleared; the SI indicator changes (white vs orange) and delivery handles the handoff to apron at startup time.
